Ashton Court: News and What Changed in 2010December 2010 Christmas & New Year Opening Times
CHRISTMAS DEER FEED - Wednesday 22nd 11am, free no booking required. Come along to see Santa and feed the Red Deer. CHRISTMAS CRAFT FAIR - Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th, open 10am - 4pm, free entry, free parking, all welcome. Come along to the Estate for a Winter walk and find an array of art and craft stalls in The Hayloft, Visitor Centre The fair will showcase unique, quality gifts that have been handmade in the Bristol area to include: wood, glass, textiles, prints, jewellery, cards and ceramics. Dont forget to visit the gift shop and farm shop as well as have a bite to eat from the Winter Wonderland menu in the Bistro, or the festive offers of mulled wine, roast chestnuts and mince pies in the cafe whilst listening to Carol singers. You may even see Rudolf in the Deer Parks... |
November 2010 Toucan Crossing on Clanage Road (A369) for foot and cycle traffic completes the link from Ashton Court to Bristols cycling network. April 2010 New foot & cycle path (external link) opened, linking Clanage Road and Kennel Lodge Road to Greville Smyth Park and the Avon Trail (the old towpath).
